BAKU, Azerbaijan

Director generals of Anadolu Agency and broadcaster TRT, Senol Kazanci and Ibrahim Eren respectively, on Wednesday met Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) Director General Aslan Aslanov in capital Baku.

Kazanci underlined the importance of strong cooperation between news agencies of the two brotherly countries and pledged to continue joint projects with AZERTAC.

He also drew attention to the high level bilateral relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan in the areas of not only politics and society but also economy.

During the meeting, Eren said they will increase the number of news and programs relevant to the Turkic world.

Aslanov similarly praised relations between the two countries and said cooperation between Turkish speaking countries must be further enhanced.
