ISLAMABAD (AA) - Voting began in the Pakistani elections on Saturday for the federal and state parliaments.
45,000 candidates from 114 political parties are competing in the Pakistani elections.
Voting takes place at 15,600 election centers.
Attack on Pakistani election office: 10 killed
At least 10 people were killed in a bomb attack on the election office of the Awami National Party (ANP) in Karachi only a short while after voting began in Pakistani elections for the federal and state parliaments on Saturday.
Karachi Police have said that more than 30 people were wounded in the attack.
The ANP was among the political parties threatened by the Taliban organization.
